WestBridge Capital is reportedly in plans to acquire 1-2% stake in Meesho from Venture Highway.
According to a Moneycontrol report, the acquisition will be made at $3.5 billion valuation, a signifcant decrease from Meesho's prior valuation of $4.9 billion.
Currently, Venture Highway owns 3% stake in the firm and is selling a majority stake of its stake in the company to WestBridge Capital.
