In an effort to better understand the daily challenges faced by delivery agents, Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal and his wife, Grecia Munoz, spent a day working as delivery agents in Gurugram, where the company's headquarters is located.
Goyal took to Instagram to share his experience, posting photos of him and his wife wearing Zomato uniforms as they delivered food around the city.
In the photos, the couple can be seen riding a bike, interacting with customers, and using a mobile phone to navigate through the city.

"Went out to deliver orders a couple of days ago, teaming up with Grecia Munoz," Goyal wrote on Instagram, tagging his wife, who recently changed her name to Gia Goyal.
Netizens reaction
While it was the first time the billionaire went on to deliver food with his wife, many people on the internet praised Goyal's move for their hands-on approach, others hoped this experience would bring attention to the challenges faced by real delivery agents.
“Hope you'll be able to see the pain of the delivery persons and would resolve their problems and make their lives easier," a user wrote.
"Wow! This is amazing." Some, however, saw it as a marketing move, with one remarking, “Nice marketing," another wrote.
"Should’ve done it in the Aston," a third said.
"Riding on petrol vehicles how can you be “zero carbon” company, also most of your orders are wrapped in a plastic even your second last picture of this post then how you are “zero plastic”, kuch bhi likhna hai toh likhdo “hum chor dalle hai “ i mean it will make more sense…." a fourth expressed.
