Technology company Freshworks has introduced three new artificial intelligence (AI) tools, Freddy Self Service, Freddy Copilot, and Freddy Insights, to make AI more accessible in the workplace.
The company claims the newly launched AI capabilities go beyond content generation and assist agents, sellers, marketers, IT teams, and leaders in improving efficiency and interacting with their business software in a revolutionary way.
Freshworks said it has developed Freddy AI capabilities to eliminate tedious tasks and enhance productivity.

Freddy Copilot provides contextual assistance, handles repetitive tasks, and boosts team productivity by enabling developers and employees in support, sales, and marketing to use conversations to complete their work.
Freddy Self Service offloads monotonous work to bots, allowing businesses to scale support and provide excellent customer experiences. Freddy Insights automates the analysis of daily productivity, offering recommendations to drive better business outcomes. Combined, these generative AI capabilities automate processes, scale operations, and extract actionable insights from work, it said.
According to the company's statement, The service has been integrated with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to power various use-cases of Freddy Copilot and Freddy Self Service, while prioritizing the privacy and security of customer data.
Freddy Copilot helps users accelerate workflows using conversational prompts within Freshworks products and build new applications.
Freddy Self Service empowers companies to deliver personalized automation at scale using the Freshworks platform and a large language model (LLM) for customized automation that enhances agent productivity.
While Freddy Insights enables businesses to streamline operations and achieve business growth by analyzing customer and employee support data to identify areas for improvement.
Freshworks also said it aims to leverage a range of LLMs to optimize business performance and expedite deployments of Freddy AI solutions.
Furthermore, It plans to develop proprietary language models and incorporate general-purpose LLMs to address specific customer requirements.
