Lending firm Stashfin appoints Aparna Bihany as senior VP for lending

Homegrown lending platform Stashfin has appointed Aparna Bihany as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Lending.

Bringing over two decades of experience in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector, Bihany is set to play a critical role in expanding the firm's lending operations and driving its growth strategy.  

Innovating for growth

In her new role, Bihany will oversee the creation and implementation of innovative lending solutions tailored to customers’ needs.

She will focus on optimizing operational processes and enhancing customer experiences within Stashfin's lending portfolio. Previously, Bihany led initiatives at Paytm, where her strategies helped diversify offerings and expand the customer base.

Proven expertise in digital lending

Bihany’s career highlights include pivotal roles at Clix Capital, IndusInd Bank, and ICICI Bank, where she honed expertise in digital lending, risk management, and portfolio growth.

Founded in 2016 by Tushar Aggarwal, Stashfin raised $100 million in a debt funding round in March 2023, led by InnoVen Capital and Trifecta Capital.
