Rampa brings nearly three decades of global experience in the growth of professional services. His expertise lies in leveraging technology to create significant business impacts. He has helped Global 2000 companies adapt to digital changes, developing market strategies, and implementing large-scale digital initiatives.

Before joining Innover, Raju worked as the Vice President and Global Practice Leader at Cognizant, with prior experiences at Infosys, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, and the Tata Strategic Management Group.

He will drive revenue, secure profitable growth, expand market share, and foster a customer-centric approach, it said.
