Indian technology company Infosys recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of InSemi, a leading semiconductor design and embedded services provider.
The company said in a statement that the strategic investment with InSemi reaffirms its commitment to the semiconductor ecosystem and strengthens its expertise in Engineering R&D services.
Accelerating Chip-to-Cloud strategy

The collaboration will aim to orchestrate comprehensive end-to-end product development for global clients to help them navigate their digital transformation journey, it said.
