With a focus on premium ingredients, the startup provides a variety of wholesome choices, including salads, wraps, bowls, and beverages, all designed to support a balanced lifestyle.

It claims to have gained a loyal customer base of over 100,000 individuals, establishing itself as a trusted name in the growing healthy food industry.

Operating on an asset-light model

Unlike others, Order for Health operates on an asset-light model. The startup said that it is committed to delivering fresh, nutritious meals. Its diverse menu includes salads, wraps, fit meals, healthy burgers, and Mediterranean and Pan-Asian options, all designed for a balanced, health-conscious lifestyle.

Notably, O4H uses only fresh ingredients, with no added preservatives, colours, or flavours, ensuring a wholesome dining experience.

"At O4H, our mission is to make healthy eating both accessible and enjoyable by offering fresh, nutritious meals that support overall well-being. Our menu features nutrient-rich options, all made from real, preservative-free ingredients," said the founding team, which includes Pravin, Naveen, Himanshu, and Aritra.

O4H's market presence

O4H claims that it is generating an annual revenue of Rs 6 crore (approximately $700,000) and processing over 13,500 orders monthly.

The startup operates from four cloud kitchens and serves over 30% of Bengaluru's market.

"Fast food is tasty but unhealthy, while healthy food may not be tempting and sometimes difficult to cook. By bringing the Best of taste, health and convenience, O4H is serving its customers not only a nutritious meal but a choice to be healthier," said Vinay Bansal, Founder, Inflection Point Ventures.

India’s healthy food market is set to reach $30 billion by 2026, with the cloud kitchen sector projected to grow 30% CAGR to $2 billion. Online healthy meal sales are expected to expand at a 40% CAGR, highlighting a strong shift toward health-conscious dining.
