Bengaluru-based consumer electronics manufacturer Circuit House Technologies has raised $4.3 million in a funding round co-led by Stellaris Venture Partners and 3one4 Capital.
The round also saw participation from several angel investors. Notable among them are Varun Alagh, co-founder of Mamaearth, and Abhishek Goyal, co-founder of Tracxn.
The funding marks the first institutional fundraising for the company, which was founded by Raghu Reddy, former Chief Business Officer of Xiaomi India, and Kailash Sankaranarayanan, former Senior Director and Revenue Head of Grocery at Flipkart.
Building next-gen Indian consumer tech company
Circuit House Technologies aims to build the next-generation Indian consumer tech company. The company is set to develop and sell consumer electronic products, starting with the home entertainment category. These products are expected to be launched early next year.

Who are the founders?
Raghu Reddy and Kailash Sankaranarayanan bring significant expertise and leadership to Circuit House Technologies.
Reddy previously served as the Chief Business Officer at Xiaomi India, while Sankaranarayanan held the position of Senior Director and Revenue Head of Grocery at e-commerce giant Flipkart.
